No, we accept watches without the original box and paperwork. However, having them does increase the market value of your timepiece, so we always recommend including them in your evaluation if you have them.
How is my watch protected if I ship it to you?
If you accept our initial estimate and choose to ship your watch to our Toronto office, we provide a fully insured FedEx shipping label. Your watch is covered for its full estimated value from the moment it leaves your hands until it arrives at our secure facility.
What happens if we cannot agree on a final trade-in value?
If we inspect your watch in person and cannot agree on a final valuation, we ship your watch back to you immediately, fully insured, at our expense. You are under no obligation to complete the trade.
Can I trade multiple watches toward one single purchase?
Yes. You can trade multiple timepieces from your collection to combine their equity toward the purchase of a single luxury watch from our inventory.
