Warranty Info

At Toronto Watch Exchange, we want every client to feel confident when purchasing a luxury timepiece. That’s why we back all of our watches (excluding vintage wristwatches) with a one-year limited service warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

What’s Covered

• Mechanical and automatic watches are covered for defects in movement and workmanship during the warranty period.
• An optional two-year extended warranty is available at an additional charge.

What’s Not Covered

• Vintage wristwatches, quartz watches, straps, and accessories.
  Bands, batteries, crystals (scratched, cracked, or broken), and water damage
• Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.)
• Any repair, modification, or service performed by a non-authorized technician (this voids the warranty)

Important Information

• Warranty is provided solely by Toronto Watch Exchange and is not a manufacturer’s warranty.
• Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
• All warranty repairs must be performed by Toronto Watch Exchange’s authorized service center. Please contact us before sending in your watch.
• In the event that your timepiece is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and requires service, we will facilitate the process through the authorized dealer, including arranging and covering shipping costs where applicable.
